Q.  How long will it take for my Glip Card to arrive?

A.  We mail every Glip Card promptly after receiving your order, and expect the delivery to be within 3-14 days.

 

Q.  Can I track my Glip Card delivery?

A.  Yes, we give all our customers a shipment number once we've processed your order.

 

Q.  Can I return my Glip Card?

A.  We accept the pop-up card returns for free but unfortunately, we cannot accept the gift card return. Please email us at support@glipcard.com with your Order #, and we will provide you with further instructions to start the return.

 

Q.  Can I ship a card to outside of the United States?

A.  No, currently we are not shipping outside the US.

 

Q.  How do I check the balance on my gift card

A.  You can check by going to the restaurant's website. Details are on the back of the gift card.
